The space Newly renovated space overlooking the Westview Ferry Terminal. Ocean view. Established garden with fruits and herbs and vegetables. Help yourself to whatever is in season. Space is lovely and clean. There isn’t a shower but the huge soaker tub will make you forget that. There are dogs on the property. They are friendly but they bark occasionally saying hello to passers by. Private patio for your comfort. ***It is important to mention that this space has a lower ceiling height of approx 6 feet.*** Guest access Fully legal lower unit, private entrance. There is also a private covered patio for use rain or shine. One parking spot and use of a canoe if you need one :-) Also feel free to use the backyard. It’s a shared space but there is lots of room for everyone to enjoy. Outdoor regular outlet for charging your electric car. Other things to note Hosts are ethical vegans. We would prefer that no animal products be brought into the space. With that said this is on the honour system and we have no intention of taking inventory. We will however provide you with delicious plant based baked goods 🙂 (Gluten free available upon request) Who would best enjoy this space. 1-4 people. Non smokers. Any age. Less than 6 feet tall. Unless you don’t might ducking doorways. You love nature and animals. You like activity and the sounds of a suburban neighbourhood. You want your privacy but you don’t mind hearing the noises associated with those living in the spaces around you. You’re easy going, happy to accept and be accepted. Our home isn’t a party spot but we are active. We are busy upstairs and in the garden. We generally rise early to get a start on our day. We have two dogs who are controlled and spend the majority of their day lazing around but they do have a few busy periods where they’re running around and interacting with us and their world. We don’t mind noise. We want our guests to enjoy the space. Laugh, talk, play music, watch TV, run water, enjoy the garden, cook, goof off, relax…we are very laid back.
