The bathroom is fully tiled and has shower and toilet. There is a dining area on the ground floor of the property. There is central heating, including a heated towel rail in the bathoom. A welcome pack awaits you, including ground coffee, tea, sugar, milk, and a couple of surprises. The space The hideaway annexe is self-contained with its own entrance. This cosy home offers full amenities and has been recently renovated to a high standard. The bedroom occupies the first floor and the bed can be prepared either as a king-size double bed or two twin beds, according to your requirements. Guest access You will have access to the back garden where there is a BBQ at your disposal. Family members may occasionally be in the main house so the garden and patio will be shared. However a relatively secluded area at the back of the garden has been set for Airbnb guests where they can enjoy their own private space and where a small bbq is available for use. Charcoal and firelighters have been made available for use by guests. If the family is away you are more than welcome to use the main patio and swing seat. In fact, even if the owner is at home do ask if it is OK to use the patio since she will be more than happy to share that space. Private parking is available along the side entrance to the property, in front of one of the garage doors. Other things to note The bedroom is on the first floor, accessed by stairs. Please let us know after confirmation of booking if you require twin beds. Otherwise it will be assumed that a double bed will be prepared for you.
