The space Perched high on a peaceful hillside in Agios Myron, Samiro Villa offers a serene escape with sweeping views of olive groves, vineyards, and the sacred mountain of Jiouchtas. Just 17km from Heraklion, this private villa is a true sanctuary—perfect for families, couples, and anyone seeking nature, comfort, and privacy. Inside, the villa is spacious and thoughtfully appointed. On the upper floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare local meals, a cozy yet elegant living room with a smart TV, a stylish dining area, a fireplace for the winter (available from December to March), and a guest WC. Large windows and doors open out to the upper garden, inviting in natural light and fresh countryside air. Downstairs, there are four beautifully furnished bedrooms—each designed for rest and relaxation. The master bedroom includes its own dressing room, while the others offer ample closet or drawer space. A luxurious bathroom features a rainfall shower and hydro massage for a spa-like experience. This level also includes a laundry room and elliptical fitness machine for added convenience. Three of the bedrooms open directly onto a lower garden lawn —perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon read. Outdoors, the villa surrounded by lush gardens filled with fruit trees, flowers, and olive groves. A shaded pergola covers the outdoor dining area, with a BBQ nearby for alfresco meals. The brand-new pool is positioned to take in the incredible landscape views—ideal for cooling off while watching the sunset. From October to May (except January-March), the pool can be heated upon request, with an additional cost of 40€ per day - perfect for enjoying a warm swim even on cooler days. Depending on the season, guests are welcome to pick fresh fruits straight from the trees. And just a short walk away, the village square offers local products, a mini market, traditional taverns, and cafés, giving you a taste of authentic Cretan life. Guest access Guests have full private access to the entire villa, including the indoor living spaces, all 4 bedrooms, gardens, BBQ area, and pool. There is also a private driveway for parking and easy access to the home. We’re always available if you need anything during your stay.
