The kitchen area opens onto the living room, and is separated from the bedroom by a glass wall. The charming ensuite bathroom is fully enclosed and is accessed through the bedroom. The suite has a full kitchen with an oven, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. High quality cookware, utensils, and dishes have been provided as well as a toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is a washer/dryer combination unit located in the closet at the top of the stairs. There is a private patio area reserved exclusively for guests, adjacent to the suite entrance; the patio backs onto a wooded area and is very peaceful and quiet - you will literally forget you are in the city. Nestled under the hanging lights, are two Adrionack chairs and a wood burning fireplace - the perfect spot for a romantic evening. @armdalesuite Guest access The Armdale Suite is located on the second floor of our attached garage. The ground floor private entrance is located at the back of our property and is accessed by a well lit natural stone pathway, bordered by a 6 foot vinyl privacy fence. The unit can only be entered by climbing one flight of stairs, and thereby would not be suitable for guests who cannot manage stairs. Other things to note This rental has an excellent location: Chocolate Lake Beach is within walking distance, Long Lake Park and the Halifax Shopping Center are 2kms away, Dalhousie University and Spring Garden Road are 4kms away, the waterfront is 5kms away, Point Pleasant Park is 6km away.
