Our spacious, modern ranch home sits in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes from Boulder and 10 minutes from Lyons. With plenty of sunshine streaming in all year long, you'll be comfortable in this perfect home base. Just a reminder that this is a NO PETS house. The space Our home on a corner lot sits in a quiet residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors and wide streets. This ranch style house (no stairs) includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms for you. The kitchen, living room, and dining room are one large space. The large, sunny laundry room sits off the kitchen. A back 3-seasons patio is a private place to catch some fresh air. Your rental includes access to fast internet and sling TV in the living room and antenna TV with basic channels in the smaller bedroom. Guest access You will have access to the entire house except our office, and free parking on the street or in the driveway. We hope you will feel like our home is your home. Other things to note If you want to take advantage of all this area has to offer - The town of Lyons is 7 miles away and Boulder is 14 miles away. Both sit at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and are fun towns to explore. You will be treated to many mountain recreation opportunities in both areas. This is a mecca for hiking, running, trail running, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing. Beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park and the town of Estes Park are 45 minutes away by car and are well worth a visit. Ski towns like Frisco, Breckenridge, and Vail are 2.5 - 3 hours away by car. Downtown Denver is about 50 minutes by car and is a great city to explore by bike or walking. Or just enjoy the hometown events happening in Longmont, our bike paths, museum, library, rec center, many parks and greenways, local coffee shops and great restaurants.
