Other things to note From May to October, we offer an ESD seminar (Education for Sustainable Development) in the even weeks from Saturday 9 am to Sunday 7 pm with 5 jointly prepared organic meals, including 4 x organic raw food meals and 1 organic dinner, drinks, small wine tasting, film(s), information and 2 guided hikes through the lower Ruwertal on the terrace/in the garden of the guest house. In the odd weeks we offer the BNE program in Gerolstein/Vulkaneifel. Accommodation in the guest house or especially inexpensive in the hammock/tent you bring in the small private forest (Waldrach) or garden (Gerolstein) at the guest house.
