Convenient access to the 101 freeway, which will take you anywhere you need to go! UBER or Lyft are readily available, as are golf carts and electric scooters. Walk a few blocks to grab your morning coffee at the nearby Starbucks. Or if you have a donut fix, the Local Donut Shop is less than a half-mile away! ✴A BREATH OF FRESH AIR This is a SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE home. In the event that you will be traveling with a service animal, please ask the host to send over the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness Agreement for your review and agreement prior to your stay. ✴WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL The home was professionally designed with high-end furnishings and 5-star hotel quality amenities to pamper you in luxury. With a great deal of love and TLC, we carefully selected our favorite deluxe bath products, fluffy spa-like towels, linens, etc. that are typically found in your favorite hotels. Other things to note: There is a video doorbell camera at the front door and a camera at the carport, both facing the street. Another camera monitors the backyard. There are no indoor cameras. There are also noise decibel monitors on at all times in the living/dining area and back patio report loud noise, but do not record audio.
