Centrally located for everything that the Gold Coast has to offer, this is a newly-renovated, luxury self-contained unit that promotes a fresh, holiday feel. Situated in a cul-de-sac on the ground floor of our house, this unit has a separate side entrance, wi-fi, secure carport and cute garden courtyard to have your sunset drinks or morning coffee. A great place to retreat and still be so close to all the Gold Coast attractions. Please note, that as the property owners, we live above this unit. The space Relax in this stylishly decorated unit, complete with plantation shutters, air conditioning, 70 inch Tv with google chromecast, Baby Weber BBQ, king size bed (in main bedroom) and the benefit of a brand new fully-equipped kitchen including fridge freezer, microwave, gas hob and washing machine. You generally have sole use of the secure garage/car port but on the odd occasion we may need to use our bike which is located in the far right hand corner.(covered) If possible please park a little to the left of the bike. Guest access You will have the whole of this 2 bedroom unit and adjacent courtyard to yourselves with complete privacy. No electric vehicles to be charged at our property. Arundel Plaza is 1 min drive away which has a number of EV charging points. We allow the use of the secure garage for one car only. If an additional front gate key and entrance door key is required please ask as its strictly forbidden to climb either front or side fence. Thank you Other things to note You generally have sole use of the secure garage/car port for one car but on the odd occasion we may need to use our bike which is located in the far right hand corner or to the right of the garage.(covered) If possible please park a little to the left of the bike. As a family that is aware of the environment and being sustainable, we do our best to reduce wastage. As per our house rules, we kindly request that you aim to turn off air con/heating and all lights when leaving the property. However do feel free to leave one light on if you will be returning in the dark. We also have a yellow recycle bin outside for your recyclable waste. This is next to the red general waste bin. No electric vehicles to be charged at the property, Also no E scooters to be charged inside the property. Please use power point located in the Garage if charging. (no EV cars to be charged) Charging points are located a 1 minutes drive away ay Arundel plaza. Please do not climb over the front or side fence due to safety reasons. We can provide an additional front gate key and door key if required. Guest Safety Notice – Device Charging For your safety and comfort, please use only the correct, manufacturer-approved chargers for your electronic devices. Using incompatible or damaged chargers can overheat and may pose a fire risk. Also please refrain from charging devices on upholstery/ beds etc to avoid overheating. Thank you for helping us keep our guests and property safe. If possible, it would be appreciated if fragrance use can be kept to a minimum whilst in the unit due to some guests having an intolerance to chemicals. Please note that we do not wish to inconvenience any guests while staying, however we just wanted to inform guests that occasionally, it can be difficult to remove fragrance from the unit before new guests arrive.
