With a privileged location (6 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car), the property is a duplex with 4 bedrooms that comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. The difference for those staying at Residencial Recanto das Palmeiras is being able to walk to the center and being close (12 minutes by car) to the main waterfalls (which are a sight to behold). The common area has a swimming pool for adults and children, a sports court, a deck with barbecue and a beautiful green area! The space There are 4 bedrooms (2 of which are suites), 3 bathrooms in total, living room with sofa, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large balcony, hammock racks in every room and a laundry area. We provide all bed and bath linen, except personal bath towels (each guest must bring their own). The property has blankets (duvets) for sleeping, 01 hammock (ideal for placing on the balcony), bottled water for consumption, electric shower in all bathrooms, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, etc. Guests will have a WIFI connection throughout the apartment, access to 2 vehicles in the internal parking lot and will also receive automatic gate control to enter and exit as comfortably as possible!
