Family-run cottage between Doubs and Jura

Our 3-star cottage offers you a relaxing stay in a peaceful setting between Doubs and Jura on the edge of the Chaux forest. You can: - visit the Salines d'Arc-et-Senans and Besançon (UNESCO), Ornans, the Loue valley, Arbois and its wines, the Comté fruitières, Dole, .. -swim in the lakes and waterfalls -enjoy the cycle route, go mountain biking and gravel biking from the house, or go running in the forest -take a wellness break in Salins les Bains or go hang gliding -or just stay in the garden! The space You will stay in a 120m² detached house with a garden in a village between Doubs and Jura. On the ground floor: -an entrance hall -a spacious, fully equipped kitchen: convection oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, raclette/fondue set, waffle maker, complete set of dishes, and numerous accessories, just like at home -a living/dining room with flat-screen TV equipped with Orange cable (Wi-Fi 6 and Orange fiber), a wood stove -a bedroom (double bed) on the ground floor with a desk for remote working -a bathroom with walk-in shower equipped with a seat if needed -separate toilet with 2 handles to help you stand up -A laundry room with washing machine, indoor drying rack, and outdoor drying rack in the garden Upstairs: -One bedroom with two single beds -One bedroom with a double bed -One bedroom/game room/library with a sofa bed (Bultex mattress). Games and books for all ages are available. Each bedroom has a large closet. Outside: -2 terraces with 2 sets of garden furniture and a parasol -Garden furniture and deck chairs in the shade of the cherry tree for napping and reading -A WEBER charcoal barbecue -Lots of outdoor games for children In a garden with trees and summer fruits (cherries, raspberries, redcurrants, blackberries, etc.) depending on the season Guest access Exclusive access for our tenants to: the entire property, including laundry facilities a garden and courtyard, which are enclosed for children's safety Several cars can be parked in the courtyard. End-of-stay house cleaning is to be done by guests at the end of their stay. New for 2025: we offer an optional cleaning package: €100.
