Spacious accommodation in a chalet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a large living room (>50 m2) facing south and terrace with views of the mountains. The chalet is located in a quiet private subdivision. It is close to the village amenities and activities offered by the resort. 350 m from the ski slopes (Le Var) and pedestrian paths. 250 m from the bus stop. 1.2 km from the village center and shops. PS: 5-room apartment also available for rent on the ground floor. The space Tranquillity is at the rendezvous in our chalet. A family vacation spot for about thirty years, it offers a very functional living space. It offers its 4 upstairs bedrooms each with a private bathroom with shower (and bathtub for one of the bedrooms), each has its own privacy. The living room is very bright and you can access the balcony terrace. Equipped with a blind, you can take full advantage of it for meals in summer or just rest on a sunbed overlooking the mountains. The equipped kitchen opens onto a small terrace and you can also have breakfast in summer. For skiers, a dedicated area for storing ski equipment is available. It is shared with the people who house the small ground floor apartment (if rented at the same time). Other things TO note: Sheets and linens not provided -> Option at €13 per person (payable on arrival). Bed sizes if you take your own sheets and duvet covers: Large bed rooms: 2 mattresses 140x190, 2 duvets 220x220, 2 square pillows and 2 rectangular pillows. Small beds: 4 mattresses of 90 x 190, 2 duvets of 145 x 190, 4 rectangular pillows. Note: This accommodation does not have a washing machine. Electric vehicles cannot be charged. Guest access Parking spaces in front of the chalet in front of the left garage door of the chalet and private access to the accommodation. Distances: 1.2 km from the village center and shops. 350 m from the ski slopes (VAR slope) and pedestrian/snowshoe trails. 250 m from the shuttle serving the different places of the resort. Other things to note This accommodation does not have a washing machine. Electric vehicles cannot be charged. The entire cottage is not rented. A ground floor apartment may be offered for 5 people (subject to availability on the desired dates). Contact me if you're interested.
