Enjoy the calm and comfort of this apartment located 20 m from the Place d'Armes, set back from the square, in the heart of Calais, and close to all amenities. The space The apartment is located in a small secure residence (digicode and camera). The accommodation is composed as follows: An entrance A separate toilet A new and equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, Senseo, kettle, hood). The kitchen is open to the living room A bright living room that has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a 55-inch TV with many channels and an internet connection. A bedroom with a queen size bed and a fitted wardrobe. A bathroom, adjoining the bedroom, consisting of a custom shower 90*90, a sink with cabinet and towel dryer. The bed and cleaning are done before your arrival by a company, all linens are provided (sheets/towels). The apartment has its own internet box for optimal connection and the possibility of connecting with a cable for better speed. The apartment is kids friendly, a list of amenities is available and we will be happy to set them up for you on request. Possibility to book a massage on site during your stay (subject to availability, remember to book in advance). We are available 7 days a week to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking is easily done on Rue de Thermes or on the adjacent streets. Guest access The apartment is private. You have access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note Check-in is autonomous. The building has a digicode and the apartment has a lockbox. All check-in instructions are sent to you as soon as the accommodation is ready.
