Enjoy the calm and comfort of this apartment located 20 m from the Place d 'Armes, set back from the square, in the heart of Calais, and close to all amenities. The space The apartment is located in a small secure residence (keypad and camera). The listing is composed as follows: An entrance A separate toilet A new and equipped kitchen (induction stove, oven, senseo, kettle, hood) . Kitchen is open to living room A bright lounge that has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a 55-inch TV with many channels and internet connection. A room with queen size bed and fitted closet. A bathroom, adjoining the bedroom, consisting of a 90*90 custom shower, a basin with furniture and towel dryer. Bed and cleaning are done before your arrival by a company, all linens are provided (sheets/ towels). The apartment has its own internet box for optimal connection and the possibility of plugging in with a cable for better speed. The apartment is kids friendly, a list of amenities is available and we will be happy to set them up for you on request. Ability to book a massage on site during your stay ( depending on availability, be sure to book beforehand). We are available 7 days a week to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Parking is easy on Rue de Thermes or on the adjacent streets. Guest access The apartment is private. You have access to all areas of the apartment. Other things to note The arrival is done autonomously. The building is equipped with a digicode and the apartment, a lockbox. All check-in instructions are sent to you as soon as the space is ready.
