Exclusive use of Itaewon house, for rest and peace

Hello, this is a space located on the antique furniture street in Bogwang-dong, Itaewon, Seoul. It is located 5 minutes on foot from Itaewon Station, and there is a convenience store 1 minute away. We tried to make the old house cozy and comfortable. It is very quiet because it is a residential area, so loud noise is not allowed in the accommodation. We emphasize that parties or gatherings that can cause loud noise are not suitable for this space. This space is designed to accommodate one to two people. We thought of those who want to rest and enjoy in a new space or who want to do personal work. * The accommodation has a small living room, 2 rooms (bedroom/room for leisure activities such as music, movies, books, work, meals, etc.), and a bathroom. - Our small room in Itaewon is a quiet accommodation. Therefore, only guests who have booked a pleasant environment and security issues can enter. Please note that penalties will be applied if you violate this. (Penalty: Costs incurred for violating the Terms of Use and measures to move out) The space -Space for leisure activities- It is filled with' speakers and iPads' for listening to music,' beam projects and laptops' for watching videos,' desks and chairs' for meals and work, various' books' such as literature and philosophy, small' pictures and plants', and' incense and diffusers' for fragrances. It is also a good place to use as a studio and a place to relax with your lover or friend. -Bedroom- There is a double size bed for sleeping, a desk and chair for coffee and tea, and lighting and incense to add comfort. We hope you have a comfortable night. -Living room- There are basic cooking utensils, tableware, cups, microwave, rice cooker, capsule coffee machine, tea, and drinking water.(You must wash the dishes after eating:)) Glasses for alcohol (wine, whiskey, beer, etc.) and wine openers are available, but please be careful not to make loud noises when drinking alcohol. -Bathroom- Towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, foam cleansing, toothbrush, and toothpaste are provided for washing your body. Guest access Two rooms, a living room, and a bathroom are all for the exclusive use of guests. Other things to note Our accommodation is located in a residential area, so it is a bit sensitive to noise. Therefore, please be careful of loud noises.
