San Martín Duplex

Housing for tourist use with license number VUT LE-615. It is a two-floor duplex that has 4 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, a living room and an independent kitchen. It has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. It is located in the most popular area of the León, the Barrio Húmedo. The house is located in one of the corners of Plaza San Martín which is the main point for nightlife and tapas in town. Personal information will be required from all guests in accordance with Real Decreto 933/2021. The space Our duplex apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building that does NOT have an elevator. Lower floor of the apartment: we enter the apartment through a corridor where there is an information board and a high-speed Wi-Fi router. On that same floor is located the kitchen, the living room, one of the bathrooms and bedroom number 1. Upper floor of the apartment: it is accessed from the living room through some internal wooden stairs with a considerable slope. There are three other bedrooms, the second bathroom and a storage room exclusively used by hosts. There are three double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Bedroom nº1 and bedroom nº4 have two single beds that can be pushed together if you wish. Bedroom nº3 has a large bed for two people. Bedroom nº2 only has a single bed. In addition, in the living room there are two sofas convertible into single beds. Guest access We only offer the option of renting the whole apartment. Guests have access to all the rooms described in the advertisement (with the exception of the storage room). It has free WIFI, furniture, appliances and kitchen utensils enough for 9 people. If possible, we are flexible on check-in and check-out times. The apartment has the following automated security systems: - Nuki smart lock to access the home without a physical key. - Minut sensor to control occupancy and noise level. - X-Sense smoke and carbon monoxide detector. Other things to note Due to the fact that the internal stairs are quite steep, this accommodation is not recommended for small children or people with reduced mobility. The house has no air conditioning. It has 5 portable standing fans. Heating system depends on building management. The time in which heating works is from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. There are electric heating radiators available to be used while building heating is not working. Each guest will have a set of clean towels and sheets. Whenever possible, we offer a welcome basket with breakfast products to our guests. Registration Details LE-615
