Location, Location, Location! This condo overlooks the marina and the intercoastal water way leading to the gulf of Mexico. This unit provides you access to a private beach via a free boat taxi ride. There’s a public beach (Englewood) nearby with great restaurants. If you are looking for relaxation on the beach or by the pool, there is a pool to have a cocktail by. The area has many things to do like kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, charters, golfing, and many bars and restaurants. The space There is a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out couch with an upgraded queen memory foam mattress. The kitchen is well stocked. We have beach towels at the condo for trips to the beach, that has shells galore. A short walk gets you to the pool with beautiful sunsets.
