This 750 square foot condo is slope side and ski in - ski out. There is great lighting in the living room and privacy in the upstairs loft. You are within walking distance to bars, restaurants & shops. There is a health club in the building you can purchase a day pass to which has a pool, out door hot tubs, and a fitness center. These costs frequently change so please check the Sugarloaf Fitness Center's Website. There are two parking spots available for you and your guests. A/C + WiFi included! The space When you arrive to this unit you will have access to two parking spots. Your parking passes will be left in the unit for your use. This unit is on the 3rd floor of Sugartree 1. When you enter the condo you are on the main level- there is an open area living room, full bathroom, kitchenette and small dining area. There is a built in bunk set, which is great for children or small adults! The couch in the living room folds down into another bed if you prefer. There is a dining table that will fit your family comfortably after a day on the slopes. You have a fridge, stove top, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot (conventional) and small convection oven for your use. The loft has a king bed, plenty of storage for clothing, small TV and a private bathroom. There is a small balcony located off of the main floor living room. In the same building there is the Sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center. This has a cafe, gym, pool, and hot tubs. Please check their website for up to date pricing as this is not included in your stay. You are a short walk to the Shipyard Brew Haus, where they have excellent food, live music and a beautiful patio! Hours change seasonally so please call or ask ahead for updated hours. Guest access Remember...we are not affiliated with the health club center on site. You can use it for a fee but you must touch base with the facility itself for hours and fees. The Sugarloaf Fitness Center is not affiliated with us and is not included during your stay. We are not in control of their hours or operations.
