Other things to note The house is really well placed, it’s a great base for both London and Hertford. Just five minutes walk to Hertford East Station and to Hertford Town. There are excellent restaurants and bars in Hertford and the new Lea Wharf complex. There ate plenty of supermarkets, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Aldi and Tesco and an excellent bakers Simmons just a few minutes walk away The Hertford Corn Exchange has comedy and music events every weekend.
