Please confirm guest count when booking.. The space The townhouse apartment has undergone a huge reno including new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, painting, polished concrete floor plus new carpet. Furnished with good quality linen(mostly cotton). Guest access You'll have the whole unit to yourself including a fully fenced front and back courtyard and a decked alfresco area. Please book for the correct number of guests to allow for cleaning and linen preparation. Extra charges may apply if extra beds have been used. We may consider a booking with a quiet adult dog if kept outside or downstairs only.
