It is located 20 minutes from Saint-Emilion and Pomerol, 2 minutes from the highway and 55 minutes from Bordeaux by car but 30 minutes by train (Coutras train station is a 5-minute drive from the property). You will also find, within a 5-minute drive, grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food, and a very nice market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings in the city center of this beautiful little town. The space This accommodation, which is located on the ground floor (the owners live on the first floor) with its own terrace, has an equipped kitchen with a bathroom, a 160×200 bed and also in the living room a sofa bed to accommodate 2 people. it also has a smart TV with its own Wi-Fi. It has free parking inside the property. Guest access Guests will be able to use the pool as well as the barbecue. a large garden is also available. Other things to note A 3-minute drive from the apartment, you have the Lac des Nauves where you will find a supervised beach where your children can play and you can swim as well as a water park with inflatable games, paddle, pedal boats etc. (see photos).
