Bertha is a 2017 Tiffin Allegro with dark wood package. Fireplace, 4 TV's, DVD player, 2 slide-outs, primary bedroom features a king memory foam bed with full bathroom and privacy door, also has a queen pullout sofa bed, 2 bunk beds and 1 overhead full bed, second bathroom, washer/dryer, large kitchen, microwave, full size refrigerator, dining table, large sofa, night shades, state of the art sound system and much more. Bertha is for stationary use ONLY. For traveling options, contact owner. The space You will have everything you need while having close access to all of Santa Cruz's wonders. Bertha is clean and modern. She has a fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms/ one shower, 4 TV's with Netflix only, a dinette, a queen sleeper sofa, a king bedroom, a bunk nook with two twin beds and an overhead full bed. Each bed will be made for guests before they arrive. We will provide extra linens for the sleeper sofas air mattresses and pull down bed. Two full slide-outs allow you to have a very spacious interior. Outside Bertha is a Traeger Smoker and a fire pit. Grill tools are located in the drawers in the kitchen. The 50 gallon water tank will be filled with fresh water to capacity. Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m. Guest access Bertha is set in our circular driveway with beautiful mountain views. You can enjoy outdoor dining or simply sip wine or roast marshmallows at the outdoor fire pit. Parking is available on the street. Guests can enjoy the setting or chose to have Bertha delivered and set up at your favorite private location or reserved campsite. (Delivery fees are additional) Other things to note We love meeting people from all over. Except for those rare occasions when we’re out of town, we’ll greet you when you arrive and show you how everything works, or chat restaurants and local attractions with you if you like. Please visit the local Scotts Valley Market for any food needs and firewood or Duraflame logs for your camp fires. Enjoy hiking, biking and our local parks. We are minutes from it all.........the Mystery Spot, Beach, Boardwalk, Henry Cowell Park, Giant Redwoods, Roaring Camp, Marina, Wharf, Golf, Whale Watching, Sailing, Fishing, Great Restaurants, a short drive to Carmel and Monterey or buzz up the coast to Half Moon Bay or San Francisco. We have it all!
