Relax, play, and reconnect at this stunning 7,500 sq. ft. retreat with panoramic Mountain View’s, hot tub, pickleball/tennis court, fire pit, playground and family-friendly amenities galore. Downstairs ADU unit comes with sauna, game room (foosball, ping pong, pool table), extra kitchen and living room, extra queen bed and extra king suite. All together, this Home can hold up to 22 guests. Hop in the gorgeous heated pool (May-Oct), watch sunsets unfold out back deck. 🌲 Scenic Setting & Location Located on the edge of the famous Green Bluff farming community, you’ll be surrounded by orchards, wineries, and fresh-air adventures. Enjoy Mt. Spokane skiing, Silverwood Theme Park (1 hr), and Riverside State Park or the Centennial Trail (30 mins). Do put in the correct number of guests for the correct pricing - Airbnb pricing algorithm maxes out at 16 guests but this big house can hold up to 22 guests (it is an additional $25/night per person over 16 guests, billed separately thru Airbnb). The entire 10 acre property can hold up to 36 guests when all units are booked. Guest policy: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. • Approved daytime visitors: $25/person resort fee (ages 2+) • Unapproved daytime visitors: $50/person/day • Unapproved overnight guests: $100/person/night We’re happy to consider requests for extra overnight guests — just reach out before your stay, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Other things to note By renting out this Airbnb, you are agreeing to the swimming pool waiver release noted in the photos. You will receive the pool closed. If you choose to open it, that is your decision and you are accepting full responsibility. This is a big estate to maintain so you may see staff mowing, weeding, keeping your pool and hot tub clean! We will let you know if they are on site but they will be as unobtrusive as possible as they keep things lovely for you! Even when entire property is rented, the main floor of barn is not included and it is possible that someone might be briefly on site for a viewing of barn and outlying wedding areas. They will not be in your space at all and staff will give you a heads up beforehand. You will not usually see other guests on site due to how the house is situated. It feels pretty private and is quite the retreat!
