The space The Guest House is nestled within a valley on Route 53, featuring a furnished covered patio overlooking the private yard with a lovely stream. Inside, you will find a newly renovated space, inclusive of all new kitchenware, bedding, and furniture. This fresh new start is simply improving on a previously owned Airbnb that has received only 5-star reviews from over 110 guests! The main space features an open living room and kitchen with views of the yard, relax in front of the TV with guest login to all your favorite apps. Fast wi-fi makes this a wonderful remote working retreat. The bedroom is calm and relaxing with a queen-sized memory foam mattress bed, an adjoining bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Guest access The Guest House and the Main House are divided by a stone driveway, providing a natural property division. Mutual respect for privacy between these areas is always encouraged and practiced. The driveway gate is manual; please feel free to open and close it as you wish, especially to ensure the safety of your children or pets! The driveway is a shared space for vehicles only, and the residents will be accessing the garage. Guest parking is marked clearly in front of the left inactive garage door. Having a vehicle is strongly recommended during your stay! Other things to note Cars driving past and camp children playing during the summer months can be heard outside. After most guests have already left and checked out, during the FALL AND WINTER ON SUNDAYS ONLY (starting 10/1/2025), recreational Trap Shooting can clearly be heard between the hours of 12 pm-4 pm. Again, most guests will not be affected by this disturbance as it takes place only on Sundays and after check-out, and for only one hour after check-in if arriving at 3 pm.
