Luxury Apartment in Historic Clarksville

This stunning one-bedroom home is spacious, comfortable, and full of the charm you'd expect from this newly remodeled classic space. Our home is situated in a sidewalk community of the Historic Area of Clarksville. It is a short walk away from Austin Peay University, Dixon Park & Splash Pad, about a mile to downtown Clarksville, and 45-minute drive to downtown Nashville, via Uber or car. There is a $25/night, per pet fee, for a max of $250 per pet, per month, max of three (3) pets. The space 1 Bedroom, 1Bathroom, 1 Roku TV, 1 55" TV and WIFI. We recommend you drive a car. All of the amenities you’ll need, a full-size kitchen, large living area with a large-screen TV, large leather sectional, a shower-tub combo in the bathroom, an fully stocked office, and a plush, king-sized bed fitted with quality bedding/pillow-top mattress. Guest access You will be in the front unit, parking is in the rear of the building. Guests have access to the majority of the home, with the exception of a few housekeeping closets. Other than that, you’re free to make yourselves at home wherever you’d like. Other things to note This is a luxury apartment located in downtown Clarksville. Although this is the Historic part of town, it is located on a business intersection that has traffic most of the time. Also because this is an apartment, you may have people living above you. We ask them and you to me mindful of this and keep noise to minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am. We are pet lovers and want you to have your pets with you. We do have a pet fee of $25 per night, but our max is $250 per month; please limit pet size to 50lbs.
