Cozy, bright apartment, fully renovated with exposed wooden beams, in a detached house. The space The well-kept and comfortable apartment is located on the 1st floor of a traditional-style house adjacent to the park. The living area, with open kitchen equipped with everything you need (crockery, pots, coffee machine, dishwasher and oven), TV and double sofa bed (width 140), has a balcony overlooking the private garden. The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and hairdryer. The apartment is equipped with WiFi internet access, bed linen and towels. A wash-machine / dryer is available to guests, as well as it is always possible to store bicycles or skis in the cellar. A cot for babies / children is also available on request. Please note that the sofa bed (width 140) is located in the living area, and one of the windows is not fitted with blinds. LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS Located in the lovely village of Sopramonte, in the suburbs of Trento at 600 meters above sea level. The neighborhood combines the beauty of a traditional Alpine village with all the main services such as supermarkets, pizzerias and bars, pharmacy and bank, pastry shop and butcher, post office and bus stop, all within just 3/5 minutes walk from home. The city center is only 10' distant by car or bus (stop at 3 minutes on foot / runs every 20 minutes). Ski slopes, meadows and the Monte Bondone biotope are just within 20' by car. The apartment is perfect for visiting the city of Trento (with its astonishing historic center, but also museums such as Muse or Buonconsiglio Castle), as well as a central starting point in the region, during winter and summer. From which you can easily reach lakes like Garda, Lamar or Caldonazzo, the cliffs of Arco, Dro, Cavedine, the surrounding mountains (like Paganella or Dolomiti di Brenta), or many other locations and mountain itineraries. It is also perfectly connected to the Valle dei Laghi cycle paths that from Terlago lead to Garda lake. In addition, starting directly on foot from the apartment, you can also take wonderful walks in the surrounding woods and mountain pastures, or real excursions to the Tre Cime del Bondone or the Viote Alpine botanical garden. Guest access Sopramonte can be reached in just 10 minutes by car from the city center, or from Trento Sud highway exit (direction Riva del Garda), or by bus from the train station (lines 1 and 6 website Trentinotrasporti for infos) The nearest airports are Verona, Brescia, Bergamo or Treviso. Free parking is available within a 3 minutes walk from home. Luggage can be unloaded in front of the entrance door. Other things to note The apartment is strictly non-smoking and unfortunately no pets are allowed. It is mandatory to leave shoes outside: comfort is guaranteed even in winter thanks to underfloor heating on wooden parquet. At check in you’ll be asked to pay the touristic tax (the cost is 1€ per person/night for all people above 14 y.o.). The Trentino Guest Card is available free of charge upon request.
