Located on the 1st floor of a building traditional 2-story building, with access through an open corridor. It has a spacious kitchen-dining room. The living room with sofa and TV connects to the kitchen and the 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 with two single beds, 1 with sofa bed; the last two rooms are quite small. All rooms are decorated with individual colors, provides a cheerful atmosphere. In the living room we have an air conditioning unit installed. The space NO NOISE OR MUSIC THAT MAY DISTURB THE NEIGHBORS IS ALLOWED. WE ONLY RENT TO FAMILIES OR GROUPS THAT COMMIT TO BEING RESPECTFUL OF OTHER NEIGHBORS, LOSING THE DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DISTURBANCE. WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG PEOPLE FOR PARTIES OR BACHELOR PARTIES.
