You know that big farmhouse with a large living room that we usually see in soap operas?! This is our space, a true refuge for you to rest and enjoy with family and friends. It is cozy and quiet, the rooms are spacious and the windows with large openings enhance the view of the outdoor area and offer pleasant natural ventilation. Invite your family and friends and come spend a weekend at our house. The space The Chácara is approximately 7 km from the Fernão Dias Highway. We can accommodate up to 25 people The leisure area has 2 barbecue areas and a swimming pool with a beautiful designer! In the decoration, we prioritize simple furniture with a cozy layout in shades that contrast the environment. We accept 2 small pets Guest access You will have access to all areas of the Chácara. Other things to note It is extremely important that after 10:00 p.m. the SOUND is turned off and/or adjusted to a volume that does not disturb the neighbors, under penalty of Municipal Fine Law No. 808/19. We understand that people go to ranches and farms to have fun, but the fun of some cannot disturb the peace of others.
