Crosby Casa is close to bike trails, downtown, and beach; and one block from main street where you can eat, drink, and shop. It has a bike cleaning station, private locked bike storage, E-bike charging outlet (115V/20A inside storage unit), EV car charging at 115V/20A, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. We provide all bathroom necessities. Enjoy our patio, grill and fire pit by the creek- firewood, charcoal, and fire starter included. The space is modern and cozy- ideal for two people. There is a work space, Wi-Fi, and smart TV. The bed is FULL size. The kitchen and living room are one. Patio is spacious and a nice place to relax eat if you decide to dine at home. Park on the right side of the driveway and walk to the back of building. Enter Casa from the patio. Provided key code from August Smart Lock will open the door. The beach, restaurants, and main street are all within two blocks. Easy access to mountain bike and paved trails nearby. Red Raven bike shop has bike mechanics, rentals, and they roast their own coffee beans. It's a nice place to eat and have a coffee or beer with fellow bikers. We will be available by text throughout your stay. Once you let yourself in using your phone, you will find a key to the bike storage on the wall. There are no checkin requirements other than to download the free August smart lock app. The invite to unlock the door will be sent to your phone prior to your arrival. Residential neighborhood by the creek. Lots of privacy due to large corner lot with a lot of trees. Walk, bike, or drive to everything you need. Park in the driveway attached to property. You may adjust the air temperature as you like. The humidity control/air exchanger must remain on while cooking (switch is labeled in the bathroom.)
