The pretty gated cottage front garden has views of the picturesque St Paul’s 18th century church, while the private back garden has a barbecue and outdoor table and benches. Downstairs, the cosy sitting room features a log burner and the separate dining room comfortably seats six and is perfect for quick breakfasts or lingering over a long lunch. There is an array of restaurants a short walk away, or for those who prefer to cook the fully equipped kitchen has a 6-burner range oven, dishwasher and microwave. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer toilet and basin. Upstairs the double and king sized bedrooms are south facing with views over the church while the back twin bedroom has a bunkbed and overlooks the garden. The brand new bathroom with a bath and shower completes this home from home. Guest access Full and private access to the entire property. Other things to note A travel cot (no linen) and high chair are provided. The staircase is steep and young children must not be allowed to use it alone. There is a stair gate that can be used to prevent access from the twin room to the staircase. Both the front bedrooms step immediately downwards onto the landing. Care must be taken.
