we are surrounded by nature, our comfortable rooms offer an excellent rest and a relaxing stay to forget about the hectic pace of life, especially recommended the views of the mounts of amatlan. The space our cabins offers privacy, already distributed in our mountainous land and the common areas are open to the sky and weather. surrounded by nature we offers a unique experience of natural and a litle bit of wildlife -but with comfort-. pool, horse riding, hiking, camping, bonfire, bar, etc. ideal for lovers of natural and active way of life and a spirit of adventure. The room is a small independent cabin with privacy, located on a hillside with excellent view, with a pleasant atmosphere and camaraderie, private bathroom (hot water) has four bunk beds, ideal for groups of friends. Guest access Pool, barbecue grill, oven, gas grill, lounge bar area with fireplace, camping and campfire area, spaces where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the mountains, at night you can enjoy a "lunada" in the heat of a bonfire. If you are active and enjoy nature we offer horseback riding with interesting tours in the mountains, visits to the "poza" place where according to legend was born quetzalcoatl. Other things to note Amatlán is a rural area far from the hustle and bustle of Tepoztlán but close enough (7km), surrounded by forests, rivers and mountains, so even when it is fumigated you could encounter insects in the area; we like to receive people who love animals and nature! Our family is made up of dogs, cats and horses, and our environment makes us live amicably with regional species such as rabbits, iguanas, squirrels, badgers and opossums, among other creatures that inhabit the area and that you can eventually see; as well as insects typical of the area (mosquitoes, spiders, non venomous scorpions). Within the property in a separate area we inhabit my husband, me and our animals; on the guests area there is a fence that is about 1 meter high so that my dogs do not enter the space, although sometimes you can receive the visit of one of them who evades the fence, but they are friendly and relaxed. All areas of the house are outdoors and connected to each other with stone stairs, located at the top of a ridge and the last 50 meters to enter the house can be a little complicated for some cars, so we will always be in touch to receive you at your arrival and in case your car does not manage to climb, assist you with the climb leaving your car on the street, or if you prefer for $100 a night, inside a neighbor's house.
