Garden Studio: close to city, parkland & transport

Lovely furnished studio in our Clifton Hill back garden. Safe & quiet. Self contained with own entrance - ideal for 1 or 2 people. Has a bed/sitting room with queen size bed, sofa, ensuite with shower basin & toilet. Upstairs is a small attic room with a single bed. Kitchenette includes a small bench top stove, microwave, bar fridge, toaster & electric kettle. Please note the kitchenette has a portable camping sink for washing dishes. Close to extensive parklands & public transport options. The space Our studio is not suitable for more than two adults. We have a pleasant courtyard garden and you're welcome to make use of that on a sunny day. We have 2 older Cavoodle dogs Peach & Beans - they are very quiet & friendly. Clifton Hill train station is a 10 minute walk away, and offers frequent and swift access to the central business district and the MCG/Aami Park precinct. The #86 tram also provides easy access to Smith, Gertrude and Brunswick Streets, as well as Westgarth, Northcote and Thornbury to the north. # Please note there is no Victorian State tax for bookings of 28 days or more Guest access Access backyard studio via side gate next to our house.
