The space This apartment has a nicely landscaped private entrance. The living space is newly decorated and the bathroom has Travertine tile and a shower with glass enclosure. Although the space is advertised as basement apartment, all our previous guests have stated that it feel more like a luxury hotel with a fresh smell in the air. De-humidifiers and a good HVAC keep the place always comfortable. A well equipped kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine and cappuccino maker, tea kettle, fridge with ice compartment and plenty of dishes and tableware. A dining table, that seats 4 makes meals enjoyable. A desk and comfortable desk chair makes working on a laptop a joy. The oversized couch is perfect for arching TV comfortably. Share the pool and patio with us on the weekends and on weekdays you will have the pool all to yourself. A gas bbq is available for use on request. Guest access You have the convenience of parking your car in our driveway, close to the apartment entrance. The path and bluestone stairs lead to the private entrance of the apartment and are always well-lit at night. The pool and patio can be accessed by walking around a nicely landscaped path to the back of the house. Other things to note The square footage of this apartment space is about 650 sq.ft.
