It is in a typical winegrower's house restored with a mixture of exotic and local culture, with its zen atmosphere terrace and its Bali stone pool, located in the heart of the village that we await you with joy. Want to stroll in a place full of history: St Guilhem le Désert, Pézenas, Lodeve, 3 Fountains International Equestrian Center..., want to hike, nature: Lac du Salagou, Cirque de Moureze, ... want to go to the beach: Sète, Marseillan-Plage, Agde, La Grande Motte, ... The space First of all, welcome to our winegrower's house "La Rose des Vents" dating from the beginning of the 20th century! Peaceful, friendly, atypical place conducive to sharing. We also know how to be discreet. We live on the ground floor. You take a beautiful entrance hall and grand staircase leading to the 1st floor. You will be seduced by its cement tiles. We offer 3 bedrooms including 1 suite. (Capacity 6 guests) You have: - a bedroom for 2 people (twin beds 80 x 200) that can be brought together on request at the time of booking) It is equipped with a bathroom (mirror, hairdryer, shower gel) and a toilet (toilet paper not provided), a television, a dresser, a coat rack. Towels are provided. To make your stay pleasant, the beds are made upon arrival. In a shared space, you have: => a kitchen equipped as follows: - a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, 1 ceramic hob 4 burners, - a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishes. - a table with chairs Access to the dishwasher for a minimum 6-night stay. => Access via the 1st floor: - the 100 m2 zen atmosphere terrace with its Bali stone pool (3 x 6). Free WiFi (fiber) All hygiene measures are taken: cleaning of door handles, and other common elements, disinfection of bedding, etc. Guest access Via the 1st floor, you take an outdoor staircase. You can enjoy the garden furniture, sunbathing area, swimming pool, shared with us on site (note that we know how to be discreet, will not always be present) Other things to note The accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Not suitable for children under 12. Pets not allowed. The bedding is disinfected after each stay with dry steam. Breakfast available subject to availability and on request (12 euros per person) Access to the heated swimming pool (from April 15th to October 30th) and the terrace by free invitation depending on weather and health conditions. Books, board games and outdoor games (bocce balls, mollky) are available for self-service. The petanque court is 50 m from the house.
