For the Birds RV ~ Sleeps 7 Set up & Ready to use!

Get away from it all with a stay under the stars. Daytime viewing of various migratory birds and waterfowl. Deer, Elk & Moose often visit the property. Perfect for a family or those wanting to try an RV stay. Already set up and ready to use. Please respect a quiet time between 11pm & 7am if there are other guests on site. Includes all linens and basic toiletries. Has fully functional kitchen complete with propane fridge, freezer, stove. Bathroom with small sink , toilet & shower. The space This is a cozy space that allows for some creature comforts of home while allows a person to get outdoors and recreationally camp. It allows for more protection during wet weather and some climate control with heating and cooling. Other things to note Though the RV can accommodate up to 7 individuals, the accommodations are cozy. The only full size bed is the queen. The fold down couch is a small double. The four bunks are single cot size. The holding tanks for fresh water, grey and black water are small. RV’ing requires a level of conservativeness in order to preserve supply. Showering is more of a quick rinse than anything you’d expect in a conventional home. The RV is hooked up to the house for power backup. It is not advisable to run extra appliances or have all of the lights on and such as it May trip a breaker either within the RV or house. The water is supplied from the holding tank via a pump. When running or using water ensure the pump switch is on - located near the fridge. AC & Heat are thermostat controlled. Set to your comfort level - however please close the window screens and door if you are running the AC in order for it to work effectively. Also included in your nightly stay is a complimentary wheel barrow of wood to enjoy an outdoor fire. Additional wood is available for purchase.
