Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away. The space The apartment is approximately 50m2 and is mainly furnished in modern old style (the building is protected as a cultural monument, it dates to 1890). It consists of a smaller bedroom (bed 160x200 cm, new in September 2024), a bathroom with washing/drying machine and a big living room with kitchen corner. The corridor takes you to a wider space with kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. The sofa can be changed into a bed (new in December 2024, 140x200cm). For better sleep we always add the overmatress on top of the sofa sleeping surface. The portable baby bed is suitable for kids up to 3 years. WiFi is strong and appropriate for digital nomads. TV includes Netflix and HBO as well as the wide choice of TV programs. I offer discounts for longer stays. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay. The tourist city tax is paid separately (3,13e per day per adult and 1,56e per day per child), because Airbnb doesn't allow us to take 2 different city tax prices. There is no need to pay the tax if you stay over a month. Early check- in is possible if available, of course. Usually, the apartment is ready from 14.00 on.
