The property is a bright open-plan space divided into optimized functional areas: Connectivity & Remote Work: High-performance, fast Wi-Fi connection throughout the property, tested for business video calls and ideal for digital nomads and remote workers in Sardinia. High-Quality Sleeping Area: Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with a 26-cm orthopedic mattress (4-layer structure made of memory foam and WaterFoam with 1,600 pocket coils) and an additional 5-cm memory foam topper. The area is completed by a three-door wardrobe with a chest of drawers, inverter air conditioning, and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix. Sheets, pillows and quilts are provided free of charge. Modern Living & Climate Comfort: Two contemporary-style sofas that can be converted into comfortable queen-size beds (equipped with a standard mattress and a 7-cm memory foam topper for maximum comfort). The living area features inverter air conditioning, a 65" smart TV with a satellite decoder and Netflix, and an eco-friendly pellet stove to provide warmth during winter stays.
