THE SUITE Filled with natural light and playful color blocking, this one-bedroom suite is designed for real stays, not just overnight stops. The living space includes a designer sofa bed for flexible sleeping, a bistro dining table, and comfortable seating to relax or work. SLEEP & BATH The bedroom closes off with a large barn door and features a plush Helix mattress with plush linens. The new bathroom includes a tiled shower, soaking tub, Public Goods soaps, plush towels, hair dryer, and makeup wipes. KITCHEN & IN-UNIT FEATURES --> Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with everything down to the spices—perfect for cooking or coffee at home. BUILDING DETAILS The building is 100% secure, with private resident access to the eight apartment suites. While everything underwent a 2+ year renovation, original character remains. Some floors may not be perfectly even, occasional squeaks are possible, and the fully restored historic windows may not slide as smoothly as modern ones, features we love for the character they bring. ***Got friends or traveling with a group? Grab another suite. Suites 206 + 207 are next to each other & can sleep up to 6 with multiple living and seating areas...or grab a few rooms! Just ask, we’re happy to help coordinate. Guest access The entire suite is yours. There are no common areas that are shared outside of the main entry hallway corridor. Your apartment suite door is accessed off the private secured common hallway just like a hotel would. Other things to note The windows were completely restored (per local historic guidelines) and operable, but will still not slide as smooth as today's modern windows. If opening them, we recommend for safety to unlock and then slide the upper portion of the window down (Yes, one goes down and the other slides up). This way the opening is higher off the ground and keeps everyone safe.
