On the ground floor, you'll find a convenient downstairs WC, a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, and a spacious open-plan lounge and dining area overlooking the garden. Comfortable seating and a Smart TV make it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the city. The first floor offers two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a double and single bed, and another with a single bed—alongside a modern family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. The top floor features a generous bedroom with two double beds, creating a bright and spacious retreat ideal for families or groups. With free on-site parking for one car, modern amenities throughout, and Anfield Stadium just a short walk away, this home is the perfect base for visiting Liverpool, whether you're here for football, sightseeing, work or a city break. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house for sole use. Other things to note To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, here are a few quick reminders: > One parking space, free of charge, in the car park allocated. Any other cars need to be parked on the side street. > The lead guest (the person who made the booking) must be 21+, provide a valid government ID, and sign our terms and conditions before check-in. We’ll share check-in details once that’s done. > The lead guest is responsible for all guests—no unregistered guests, parties, or illegal activities, please. > Keep noise to respectful levels between 10 PM and 8 AM. A noise detection device is installed to monitor noise decibel levels only—this helps us maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours.
