For quiet guests in a quiet residential area! Close to Lake Ammersee and Lake Wörthsee and within walking distance of approx. 10 minutes to the S-Bahn to Munich, our top-floor apartment is on the 3rd floor on 2 levels directly on the Amper (separated by a road). We offer a new kitchen, new bathroom, new bedroom, a spacious living room that offers an additional 2-3 sleeping places and a balcony. Internet and TV. The cities of Munich, Landsberg and Augsburg are close. The space Quiet behavior and consideration in the house and outside (garden path, balcony) are a prerequisite - otherwise no booking!! Please do not wear shoes or slippers inside the apartment. The apartment is located in our private house on the 2nd floor and we live right underneath. Guest access The apartment and the balcony. We ask for quiet behavior on the balcony. Other things to note Washing machine use in the apartment including detergent for 2 euros per wash possible. We provide laundry detergent. Quiet behavior and consideration both in the house and in the outdoor area (garden path, balcony)are a prerequisite. Please do not wear shoes or slippers inside the apartment.
