Private accommodation in Grafrath

For quiet guests in a quiet residential area! Close to Ammersee and Wörthsee and on foot about 10 minutes to the S-Bahn to Munich, our DG apartment is on the 2nd floor on 2 levels directly on the Amper (separated by a street). We offer a new kitchen-living room, new bathroom, new bedroom, a spacious living room that also offers 2-3 sleeping places, and a balcony. Internet and TV. The cities of Munich, Landsberg and Augsburg are close by. The space Modern, well-equipped kitchen, new bathroom, 2 separate bedrooms and a small balcony. Smokers are allowed to smoke on the balcony. Please do not park on our property or on the street in front of the house Guest access Guests pass our house and go up a stainless steel exterior staircase to the accommodation. The outdoor area and garden are private and not available to guests. The small balcony can be used by guests. However, we urgently request quiet and considerate behavior toward us and our neighborhood. (No parties or loud phone calls...) Other things to note Washing machine use in the apartment including detergent for 2 euros per wash possible. We provide laundry detergent. The kitchen and kitchen appliances must be left clean. The oven must be kept clean and cleaned after use. The dishes must be washed and cleaned. Calm behavior and consideration both inside the house and outside (garden path, balcony) are prerequisites. Please do not wear shoes inside the apartment. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in our private house.
