While the attached garage is a two vehicle space, half is occupied by a home gym. Workout equipment includes dumb bells, 35/45 lb barbells and free weights, a rack for squatting, bench, etc, an air bike, rower, box, and more. Feel free to workout, but do so at your own risk! The other half of the garage is perfect for a single vehicle or multiple motorcycles. My home is your home. The house is a short 5 minutes off of I-90, which runs East/West along the northern side of Rapid City, then extends Northwest toward Sturgis, Spearfish, and into Wyoming, or Eastbound toward Sioux Falls. Almost all of the most popular Black Hills attractions are a short drive away, ranging from 10 minutes to an hour. Overall this is a very central location if you are looking to visit everything! Trash day is Thursday. Please have the garbage bin on the curb by 7 AM.
