This is a beautiful, well-kept 2,600 sq-ft home offering 4 beds, 3 baths, and two large living room areas. The home is a 12 minute drive from downtown Rapid City, 20 minute drive from downtown Sturgis, and a 45 minute drive from Mount Rushmore. It is a perfect centralized location to quickly get to any popular destination within the Black Hills, yet nestled in a cozy, quiet neighborhood to give you the peace and quiet you need while relaxing at the house. The space The house was built in 2016, so everything is in great condition! The backyard is open, and extends right into the city park, which is perfect for kids! Upstairs lies the master bedroom complete with queen bed, private full bathroom, and walk in closet. The second bedroom is also upstairs and has a comfy full sized bed and a large window overlooking the front lawn and cal-de-sac. The second full bathroom is located directly across from this bedroom. The upstairs has an open living room, dining area, and kitchen with beautiful views of the city park and Black Hills. Finally, there is a washer and dryer in the utility room that you are more than welcome to use if necessary! The beautiful basement includes a huge living room with plenty of lounge space plus a 65" 4K TV with an awesome surround system for movies. There are two bedrooms with queen beds, dressers and plenty of closet space for long stays, plus another full bathroom. Finally, there is an office space with a widescreen monitor and fast internet for any necessary office work. There is also a piano for any interested music enthusiasts! The deck has a five burner grill and a table and chairs to enjoy a meal in the beautiful South Dakota summer weather. The back patio also has a large permanent fire pit with additional lounge chairs - a perfect place to relax and enjoy the evening! While the attached garage is a two vehicle space, half is occupied by a home gym. Workout equipment includes dumb bells, 45 lb barbell and free weights, a rack for squatting, bench, etc, an air bike, box, and more. Feel free to workout, but do so at your own risk! The other half of the garage is perfect for a single vehicle or multiple motorcycles. Please note: I do have a dog in my home while I live in the house. I am very thorough with my cleaning process, but please beware if anyone in your party has pet allergies. Guest access My home is your home. I live in the house while it is not rented out, so there will likely be food in the fridge and cabinets. Feel free to help yourself to whatever you need!
