We offer a house, just renovated, of 120m2 on the shore of the lake of La Cassière with incredible views of the surrounding nature. Centrally located between the Sancy Mountains and the Puy-De-Dôme, ideal for visiting the Auvergne volcano park and the Puys Mountains. 15 min from Clermont-Ferrand and Puy-De-Dôme, 20 min from Vulcania and Lake Chambon. 2km from Lake Aydat (swimming and water sports), hiking and cycling departures at the door. The space The entrance is through a porch that leads you to the garden below. The living room, dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor and open onto the terrace, the garden and the magnificent view of the lake. The bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs. In addition, you will have a small room to store bikes safely or other outdoor equipment. The house is spacious and bright. Its thick stone walls will preserve you from the big summer heat. 2 large beds of 160x200 + 2 single beds of 90x190. New bedding. We have just finished renovating it and tried to imagine it to live in as well as out and spend beautiful holidays in any season. Guest access RQ: Access to the lake is via the street. There is no direct access at the bottom of the garden. Other things to note Cleaning is your responsibility and we ask you to return the house in the same condition it was in.
