Our villa is based in a private gated community along with 4 other luxurious properties, accessible by boat only. The property rests on a stretch of a sugar fine sandy beach and is set amidst a lush tropical landscape. Once booking is complete you will receive a welcome email and our short term rental agreement. Our property managers will greet you upon arrival and are available at any time prior and during your stay. A guest manual will be at the house. Our 4 bedroom beachfront villa is located on the western end of Paradise Island in an exclusive community with 4 other properties. Nestled between the Nassau Harbor and Atlantic Ocean we are just a 8 min boat ride from Nassau mainland. Our property is only accessible by boat. Your reservation includes a private boat captain who is available for transport from the villa to Nassau mainland between the hours of 7am - 6pm. After hour transportation is available upon request. We are happy to arrange and pre-schedule transportation for you around your itinerary. Your reservation will be confirmed once we have a signed rental agreement with all guest information, security deposit and a credit card on file.
