Please expect the comforts of a camping experience. Located off of a street that services schools and neighborhoods which is walkable and safe. Take a stroll down the Fresno-Clovis bike trail to a park or Starbucks, Trader Joe's, pizza, many restaurants and grocery stores. A private secluded yard hidden away by lush landscaping and fenced so that you're dog has a place to stretch their legs or play ball. Enjoy an Orange from the tree when in season. Located in the front of our one acre lot with our house behind. Parking in front of the Travel Trailer for 1 car or 2 small cars squished side by side . You'll find the inside of the RV very large with two pull outs making it easy to move around freely. *SUMMER is VERY hot in Fresno. July & August temps are usually over 100F. There's an AC & trees that shade the whole RV and car parking spot but expect that you might feel warmer then you're used to. *WINTER time: There two electric heaters that will keep you warm but if you're sensitive to the cold make sure to pack warm clothes and maybe some slippers! Kitchen: Gas Stove, Microwave, Large Sink (no garbage disposal), Fridge with Freezer, Coffee Maker, French Press & coffee, Kettle & Tea The Living room: Couch that lays flat into a twin size bed. (No TV) Please put a sheet on the couch if you sleep on it or allow your pets in it, thanks. Dinning table with 4 chairs. Main Bedroom: Memory foam RV sized queen (shorter then normal queen), door that slides shut and two closets. Push the bed into a couch and use the standing desk for remote work with high speed internet. Bedroom 2: Bunk with a privacy curtain, RV full bed with memory foam (a little bit bigger then a full bed) on bottom and a RV sized single on top, that can really only fit a child. Bathroom: RV sized shower, small bathtub, RV sized Toilet (use only provided RV TP), Sink and medicine cabinet are sperate from Shower and Toilet space. The RV is located in front of our property with its own private parking for one car or 2 small cars. Our house is behind with our own separate driveway entrance. There is no parking on our street because of the bike trail. Our house is located behind and to the right of the RV. We are available via text with any concerns or questions Walkable safe neighborhood *Reservations must included all guests and animals staying in the RV at any time. *NO Smoking or Vaping *Guests will be required to drop a cleaning tablet into the toilet every 4 days. Upon Hosts request. *Only use RV TP provided. We provide enough for your stay but just ask if you need more. *No gatherings of any kind. Ask about having 1 or 2 visitors. *RV has full hook ups*
