Parking in driveway for 1 car. Guest access Guests can use the on-site parking, entire home, and community pool. Other things to note Solar energy The solar system is meant to power the entire home. To help it run most efficiently and keep you comfortable, please observe the following: - Keep bedroom doors closed while ACS are running - Turn off all lights when leaving the home - On very cloudy days, monitor use of ACs and fans - In the event of several consecutive, cloudy days or a full power outage, the more mindful we are of electrical use, the better the battery back up power will be for use. - Please do not touch or manipulate any of the solar equipment.
