Modern in-law unit with private entrance

Visiting the Denver/Boulder metro? Stay in a newly built in-law unit with kitchenette and all amenities. The space Brand new, modern in-law unit with one bedroom and a kitchenette/ living room area located in the basement of my home. Even though it's in the basement, it still receives a good amount of natural light in the bedroom and the kitchenette. Guest access The unit has a private entrance with a smart lock on it. If guests desire, they can have access to the laundry room which would be shared with the owner. Other things to note You can not bring your gas stove or your electric skillet. In other words, you will not be able to cook, just reheat food with the microwave oven or the toaster. To be perfectly clear: there is no stove, no oven, no pots, no pans, and actual cooking is not allowed in the unit. Essentials are provided: salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, and vinegar. There a super-automatic coffee machine with enough coffee beans for a few days. Here is what is available to you: - 4 plates - 4 bowls - 12 glasses, - 4 sets of silverware (forks, spoons, knives) - knives, - 1 can opener - 1 bottle opener - 2 mixing bowls - 1 cutting board If you are bringing more than one pet, please contact me before booking as an extra pet fee may apply. Cleaning and refreshing of the linens will happen at regular intervals for stays over 8 nights. You will be charged the same cleaning fee every time via the airbnb app.
