A perfect retreat, cozy in the winter & relaxing after a fun day at the lake in the summer. Conveniently located on the south side of Lake Mac. It is a short 15 minute walk to Ogallala Beach & approximately a 5 minute drive to all the services, shops, dining & entertainment Ogallala has to offer. A Scenic view of the lake & rolling country hills. This home is very functional for 8 to 12 people. Mon. & Tues. are blocked in the summer for cleaning. If you want to book those days contact us. The Bay Getaway is great for families, friends gathering, or multiple couples because of it's design. It allows for you to find your own space yet has areas both inside and out to gather and spend time together as a group. This place is perfect for holidays, graduations, weddings, bachelorette weekend, birthday or anniversary getaways, local events, tournaments, and of course a little vaca time at the lake! Sleeping Accommodations The top level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The main level has one bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 bathroom. The walkout basement has one bedroom with a King bed and 1 bathroom. There is a family room with a pullout bed in the sofa. There is a view of the lake from all three levels. We have smart tv's in each Bedroom and in the Living Room and Family Room. We have Wi-Fi Dinning The kitchen has refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, cookware, cook utensils, plates, glasses, and silverware. The kitchen has a variety of common cooking spices. Bathrooms There is a bathroom on each level. There is shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. Towels are provided. Laundry There is a washer and dryer on the lower level. This is our family lake cabin. We use it a few times a year and have tried to think of things to make our stay and your stay comfortable and convenient. Many additional things are provided during our guest stays such as bath and shower essentials. Please contact us if we can help you better plan for your stay. Outside Spaces There are two decks and one patio area facing northeast. We have patio furniture, grill and firepit. There are two kayaks and a hot tub that are available for guests to use with a signed waiver of liability form. This home is just waiting for you to stay and make memories! It has Lake views, a short walk to the beach, and short drive to Ogallala. Clean, comfortable, convenient! Hope to see you soon! You will have full access to the home with the exception of the Owner's closets. We take a lot of pride in our property to insure "you/our guests" have a great stay with us. If you have any questions before you rent please reach out so we can get you some answers. I contact my guests about a week before their stay with check-in instructions. During their stay, I usually message once to make sure everything is good and you do not need anything additional. We are happy to communicate with our guests through phone call, text, email, or Airbnb messaging. What ever form of communication makes "you/our guest" the most comfortable. If you want us to meet you at the property at check-in time to give you a quick tour of the property and answer any questions we are happy to do that as well. We are approved to host a maximum of 12 people. The cabin will sleep up to a maximum of 12 with the use of the sofa sleeper. We are approved for 4 vehicle parking spaces. Please - no fires, no smoking, and no pets allowed on our property or in the home. We do have security cameras located outside of the home for security purposes. They are visible and located on all of outside doors. We will check them if we have a complaint, accident, missing or damaged property. Please review our House Rules before renting.
