The space The house is situated in a quiet side street in the villa district of Klagenfurt near the Kreuzbergl nature reserve, about one kilometer from the city center (the public bus stop is 150 meters away, a bike path to the center and to the lake lead directly past). There are two rooms in the house, each with a large double bed and two other single beds in the living area, so there are a total of 6 sleeping places available. Fully equipped with sheets and towels Spacious living/dining area,fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators - one with freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, microwave, espresso machine with capsules, coffee machine with coffee and filters, toaster, ironing board with iron) Upstairs there is a large bathroom with bathtub/shower and double sink (shower gel, shampoos, hairdryer and other towels are available) as well as a toilet separate from the bathroom, another toilet is on the first floor. The house is available for your sole use, so there are no other guests on site,also the landlord does not live in the house. Check-in and check-out are done independently using a key safe. The landlord can be reached by phone at any time in case of problems or even just questions and lives nearby. There are many different shops and restaurants within walking distance in the surrounding area. The garden is not visible from the surroundings, shady, with a view to the south of the Carinthian mountains and fully equipped with garden furniture, parasols, loungers and a charcoal barbecue area. Charcoal and various barbecue utensils are available. There are 4 bicycles available - in the area there are numerous bike paths, including a very nice bike path directly to Lake Wörthersee (4 kilometers). If necessary, 2 more bikes can be provided - also free of charge. Bicycle helmets, backpacks and bicycle locks are available for all bikes. For children there are toys as well as a small children's splash pool. The property is also completely fenced. A children's crib is provided free of charge on request. Parking is easily possible for several cars at the property free of charge. Charging facility for electric cars nearby. For motorcyclists, a double garage is available on request. The entrance/driveway is illuminated at night with a motion sensor. Guest access The house is available for exclusive use, check-in is via key safe, the code will be communicated to the guest a few days before arrival.
