Cozy Country Cottage

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cozy cottage. Nestled in the city of Asheboro, the heart of NC. This newly remodeled home is conveniently located less than 15 minutes from the NC Zoo, minutes from shopping centers, movie theater, restaurants, and antique shops. It is also just a short driving distance from Seagrove, which is known as the “pottery capital”. The space This is a charming little cottage (approximately 1000 sq foot) that has been newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. It has a covered front porch that is a great place for drinking your morning coffee while swinging on the porch swing. Once inside you will find a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and large smart TV. This home has 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the third bedroom has a daybed with a twin trundle underneath. All of the bedrooms have closets and one of the bedrooms has a dresser for additional storage. The third bedroom has a small Roku TV and a few toys/games. The kitchen features shiplap walls, a farmsink, and the essential items needed for your stay. The laundry room is equipped with a large washer/dryer and a iron and ironing board is also provided. There is also a small desk area if needed. Outside is a deck with a patio table and you can enjoy cooking outside on the grill. Also, there is a gas firepit area for your enjoyment. Guest access -This home has a key-less entry -Basement of the home will not be accessible for guest. Other things to note -Smoking is only permitted outside, absolutely no smoking inside the home. - There are two TVs, a large 55”Smart TV in the living room and a small Roku TV in one of the bedrooms, please note you will have to enter your own passwords in order to access some of the apps. - Although we try very hard to make sure that our home is pest/insect free: please note that the home is in the country, partially surrounded by woods, and it is not uncommon to occasionally see insects, etc. We do not allow refunds/discounts for occasional bug/pest sightings within the home.
