This home features patio, a large dining room table, and a playground across the street. This is our private family home that we occasionally share with others when we go out of town. The space This property is a single family home with three bedrooms, a dining room and kitchen area, a living room, and a bonus room. The outdoor area is a side yard with a patio. Guest access The entire home. Other things to note The bonus room (second living room) can be set up with an air mattress to accommodate a seventh and eight guest. It is not totally private with a locking door, but the only sleeping area on the main floor. Please request the air mattress to be set up if you need it.
