Included breakfast, internet, covered garage with electronic gate... The space The lodging unit is at the back of the lot along with two others, with a garage in front of the main house. Guest access Guest access on foot is through the front gate of the main house or by car through one of the electronic gates. Upon entering the garage, access is via the side corridor until you reach the guest support and living area, where there is an access staircase to the Bungalows on the upper floor. A wide wooden staircase with two flights of ten steps each. Access to the Bungalow is exclusive to the guest, who can also access the collective guest support area, outdoor garden and garage. Smoking is not allowed in the Bungalow and in the collective area, and is only allowed in the garage, which is the smoking area. Other things to note Parallel to the internal living area on the ground floor, we have the collective-use LAUNDRY with a washing machine, free soap and fabric softener, ironing board and iron. The clothesline is in the guest's bungalow. We also have on-site SUPPORT FOR THE PREPARATION OF SNACKS AND MEALS, with a microwave, air fryer, grill, kettle, blender, utensils, crockery, cutlery, teapot, wine glasses...
