It has a lot of important information about how the house works. Guest access Access to the entire house except for the master suite on the 2nd floor, which will always be closed. Therefore, 6 of the 7 bedrooms in the house are being rented: 4 en-suites, 1 bedroom whose bathroom is right in front of its door and 1 bedroom without a bathroom. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms are available: 2 en-suites and 1 bedroom where the bathroom is in front of the door (so it is not exactly an en-suite). And on the top floor of the house, another 3 bedrooms are available: 2 en-suites and 1 bedroom without a bathroom. All rooms are very spacious. Many beds available, total of 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, 3 double beds, 7 single beds, 1 children's bed and 1 crib. Our price depends on the number of guests in the reservation. So, if we rent to 7 or fewer people, only 3 en-suites will be open. And the other en-suites will be opened according to the additional number of people/as agreed with the group of guests. However, the amount for its opening must be negotiated between the parties and is not included in the basic amounts presented by this application. As for the minimum number of nights, we normally work with a minimum of 2 nights, but we reserve the right to require a minimum of 3 or more nights for reservations that include days close to holidays. And for the biggest holidays, we may choose to work only with fixed-day packages. In the low season, we may not be interested in renting to small groups if the total price of the desired period falls below a minimum attractiveness value stipulated at our discretion. This is common here on the Airbnb app because the way the app makes our off-season discounts ends up putting very low prices for small groups. So, if we don't accept your reservation request for a small group (under 11 people), please understand that it's an imperfection of the app that ends up showing very low prices for small groups. In these cases, we will give you the minimum price we accept for your reservation request and, if you accept, the reservation can be made. Furthermore, also because of the promotions we do, at some times of the low season we make it necessary to hire Eva even for small groups.
